Need views on a few experiences
 

I'm just beginning to attempt to do astral projection.....I just acquired "The Book." I astral estimated when I was about 7. And I KNOW I did. Many months before, I was hearing an out of human anatomy recording. There have been several times where I think I probably started initially to drift off while hearing it and I'd fix conscious since a loud noise was heard by me (perhaps droning). It's difficult to descibe today as it's been some time. Now....maybe I was only snoring...any ideas. Another point was, I was lying on my part. I don't even believe the recording was enjoying, I was only going to sleep or having a rest. Nevertheless, when I started initially to drift off, this brilliant light appeared before me and became bigger and bigger. It just happened so quickly (the light rushed at me) that I litereally got in bed a or 2 and woke up. Thanks for just about any ideas and humoring me. Perhaps I was only thinking in both situations. Nevertheless, the point was really surprising. Still another thing.... I'd begin to rest light (more desires) and have more trouble falling asleep, when I was hearing these tapes. I'm the type of person who may place their directly a pillow and be resting 30 seconds later. Is this typical?
