I do want to do an excersise to enhance my third eye exercise
 

Well, somdays before I've verified that my thir eye is open in the end. The real world can be seen not only by me once the lights are small but I can see also a few of the other aircraft (I see et at my side, energy is seen by me every where with shades etc, I can see energy flying on regular light etc) But I've the need to incresase that present, if it's not dengarous obviously, beginning by the very fact that I've issues to shut my eyes anytime, they only open when they wish to accomplish it so exsersises with this specific can also be wellcome. Thanks a great deal in the event that you give a hand to me
