I currently have two dogs. One is about 8 years old and the other is 1.5 years old. I can notice the difference in their ages, and the older is more relaxed and laid-back now. I have had the eldest since he was a pup, and I got the youngest when she was around 8 months old.

Our Yorkshire Terrier (Corbie) is about 2 and a half years now and our Cockapoo (Oscar) just turned one years old about a month ago.

We've had both of them since puppies. It's amazing to watch them grow and see their personalities develop.

My dog is a black lab and is about five. We rescued her from a shelter so are not 100% sure of her age. She is my baby and does everything with the kids and I. She seems to think she is a lap dog which is trying at times.

I have five dogs. One is turning 8 years old next month and the other four dogs are turning 7 years old next month. The 8 year old has definitely slowed down and gotten much more obedient, not as stubborn as she once was. The other four dogs...I don't think they've really changed much, despite the fact that they're only one year younger than my 8 year old dog. Possibly because they're all small, sort of hyper breeds (yorkies and maltese) and the 8 year old is a lab.

He still acts like a puppy, though. You can tell he's on the older side only because he needs to sleep a bit more frequently. When he's awake, though, he's jumping all over the place, going nuts, and full of energy just like a puppy would be. He wears me out!
