Default Free dog!!!!
Once in a lifetime chance for a cranky old bastard Beagle!! Will bay randomly at night at anything and everything. Bay at the chickens, rabbits, the Rottweiler and the dumb Lab mutt. Will piss on everything and anything, will hump your leg, your dumb lab mutt, and your arm. Will only do only default trick which is SPEAK! Will grumble, growl and bay some more!!! Will bay at your car!! Will bay when he's hungry!!! Will bay at you!!!! Food aggressive, needs his ass beat daily. Doesn't know how to shut up!!! Oh did I mention he's a world class bayer!!!! He's a jackass and he likes cheese!!! Will bay when you're home, when you're not home and when he thinks it's time to bay! Oh did I mention he's housebroken and can't be trusted off leash?

Any takers?

Are you being serious when you say 'needs his ass beat daily' ?

How is the Rottweiler going?

Well, after the death of my own barking Beagle mutt (R.I.P. Buddy), I have been missing the constant noise! I just can't stand how nice and quiet Roxie is anymore, I've had it!

So yes, send Rover right on over! I love me a bayer! Lol.

I feel your pain, bro. Buddy... Man, that dog. If you couldn't hear her barking, it probably meant you went deaf.

Yes, he needs a pop on the butt daily to remind him to stop being a jackass. It doesn't hurt him and it's not a full blown beating.

And he's doing good. He's still dumber then a box of rocks

I feel ya!!! I don't understand how some people don't like barking dogs! I LOVE hearing him bay, but I'm a hound person and Beagles are my heart breed and they are sooooo perfect in my eyes.

Come on and get him!!!

I love Beagles but can not tolerate the constant baying at anything that moves. I've had two Beagles and both went to kids that wanted a dog they could take in the woods....lol

I'd have laughed, too, if it wasn't for my own hound. I love the big, manly, bark. I love the baying. I love the grumbles. I just wish mine would only do it if there was something I needed to know and not something he thinks I need to know. Ah, well, at least if the house gets broke into I wont have to call the police. They're only a couple miles away, they'll hear the bastard hound baying easily.

I want to join this...someone come get my Am. Bully mutt boy, he thinks he is a big bad beagle and barks at everything, have an active train track near you, enjoy the sounds of howling any time the train goes by and blows its horn, have snarky neighbors, enjoy annoying them to the point they call the cops just because your little 1 year old Am. Bully mutt is barking at 2am and your passed out on the couch. He is not to hard to care for, a chain, some water, maybe a doghouse...if you think he really needs one, and good old raw meat.

That must be what has been wrong with Babs all these years, she thinks she is a dam Beagle, she barks all the dam time at everything and anything, she barks at nothing, she barks at the other dogs, the neighbors, hell she even barks at me, she grumbles and bitches also. She barks so dam much she is hoarse most of the time, now I think she is permanently hoarse, which is just fine cause know I can hardly hear her.

Nope, you can keep him!!!

I do feel your pain though. Gizzmo is 14 years old (if he lives till Oct. 28th), has never been completely housebroken and it has gotten worse the past 2 years, plus now that he is going blind and deaf, has separation anxiety even worse than before, and if he gets in the bathroom, he will just sit in there and bark until someone comes and "rescues" him.... not the same as baying, but annoying just the same! He can't see you, but if you get out of what little sight he does have, he starts barking, and doesn't stop until you come find him. And you can be walking him to the back door to let him out to potty, and he will hike his leg on the chair leg right in front of you. Drives me bonkers!!

So no, you can keep your old cranky baying dog.... sounds like your dog wouldn't be any better than the one I have.
