My fiance, daughter, and I are moving to Wyoming in about two weeks from Alabama. Every apartment we've checked out has a weight limit on dogs (only two apts accept pets): max of 40lbs at one, and max of 25lbs at another. Gator is about 70lbs if not more now, I can't find anywhere that allows a dog of his size; including rental homes, not only are they expensive, but most of them don't allow big dogs.
I bottle fed Gator from 3 weeks when his mom stopped nursing her litter, and it breaks my heart having to rehome him, but I have to. I've been looking for a good home, but it's hard; everyone around this area fights their dogs. I had a guy ask me how much I wanted for him, but he fought his dogs or just used them strictly to breed with. I want Gator to go to a home with children (he's so good with kids) where he can have a good life, and be a companion pet, or even to someone who works with their dogs, because he'd be great at agility, or hunting, or weight pulling. He's super atheltic and I don't want some ignorant idiot to try and fight him, because he'd get killed.

I've almost exhausted my search for a good home for him. I've posted on multiple facebook for sale pages around my area (not craigslist) that he was up for sale, but to an approved home only, and only if they agreed to keep me updated on how hes doing from time to time.

If anyone is willing to adopt him, I know everyone here takes more than good care of their dogs, Im willing to meet yall up somewhere on my way to Wyoming to find him a home. I just want to have some pic updates on him, please.
