Default Yup, another pit bull related injury.
I've been taking the dogs up to the elementary school by my house. There is a huge, FLAT, fence play field that they can run on.
We've been up there 4 or 5 times now, so the dogs are learning the routine. Once, as we were leaving, two ladies showed up to walk, a few times there have been a couple kids playing basketball, but that's it.
I get there tonight, open the tailgate on my Element to let the dogs out... and that's when it happened....

Rosie stepped on my finger!! LOL broke skin, but didn't bleed, just a little sore.

On the plus side, Nick caught 'something' (a rodent of some sort) and was pretty proud of himself. Frankie is almost as ball crazy as Rosie. Just needs to learn to bring the ball back better.
Now I have 3 happy, tired dogs.

Bwahahahaha!

The other day, Zealand was doing zoomies from me to the door while I was crating dogs, and he used my barefoot as a skidplate to do a swimmer's turn back towards the door >.< One claw mark was thiiiiis close to bleeding, and the others were angry red welts for the rest of the day.

The dangers we endure with this breed, I tell ya!

Oh OUCH! I think your foot got it worse than my finger.

The other day Frankie was on the couch next to me, being all silly, whacked my ear with her head. Then a couple days later, she did the same thing and got my nose. I was seeing stars.

See, they are out to get us!! Evil dogs, all of them!! LOL

I feel your pain! I thought I was the only one with an inconsiderate dog Dory's nails are brutal. I have so many bruises on my arms that someone asked me if my home life was ok. Hahaha.

Today, Zealand decided his 50 pound self wasn't a good enough destruction machine...

He took out me, Ruger, and a lawn gnome. He attempted to take out half a wine barrel filled with flowers, but it wouldn't budge

I still have a sore spot on my temple from where he headbutted me a few weeks ago.. he came roaring out of my blankets like a monster lol

Haha, my pup used my barefoot as a skidplate today too. It's the back nails that are the worst. We just renovated our home. Put beautiful wood floors in every room except the kitchen and bathroom. They will have to be refinished next year, they are scratched to hell from zoomies lol.

My dog would constantly crack me in the chin with his head. If I had to bend over (tie my shoe/pick something up) he would run over get happy and crack my under my chin with the top of his head. I have learned my lesson and am more aware of where he is when I bend down. He has scratched up my foot a few times until I got smart and started wearing shoe or socks when I use the flirt stick with Boomer.

I was trying to teach Ze to "sit pretty" and instead, he kept doing "touch" - which, in Ze language, means to SLAP me with his paws. I look like I got into a fight with a porcupine.. I have scratches ALL over my arms and chest -.- lol

My dogs have made my feet bleed running around me barefoot We should all get in the habit of wearing shoes and those nifty knife-proof gloves they sell.

I HATE wearing shoes! I was raised as one of those barefoot country kids.. I only put shoes on when I have to go into a store, and half the time not even then in the local stores lol I especially hate wearing shoes while driving!!

I also hate wearing gloves. I rely heavily on my sense of touch.

I guess I'm just doomed to being beaten up by my dogs all the time!

Same to both... I'm the kinda guy who always has black on the soles of his feet But I deal with a lot worse than dog scratches so I'm used to it!
