Default Does your dog(s) have an alias?
Just wondering, do your pets have an alias? Do they answer to them?

Kiara is and will be forever more "Bubba" she's the laziest puppy I've ever had and to me the word/name Bubba is associated with that trait. I believe she thinks Bubba is her actual name, sometimes she'll answer to that more than her real name.

Our old dog Tank a.k.a. "vetbill", and he would respond to it just as if it were his real name

Freida is called Freida May, May, May-May, and Squeaky, Squeaks or Squeaker. and sometimes "Beast" Once I said while on a walk, "Come on Beast" and some guy gave me a funny look and I said "that's not really her name..."
She's really small, not beast-like at all. I don't know where I came up with it

Jetta is called Midget, Midgy, Jetta Von Jetta and Jetta Pepper. She answers to all of them and has since she was little.

D'Artagnan is Gator, Tanner or Tannagator and he'll come to any of them

Capone is Poe, Po-Po or Pone and he comes to all of them.

Tazzerin is Taz, Tazzy, Rin or Zen Dog and he comes to all of them.

Cain is Cain-a-nator, Candy Cain or Simple dog and answers to all of them.

Acheron is Acha, Achamou, Mou, Mou-Mou, House Hippo and answers to all of them.

Let's see...

For Chassis, I often call her Chassis-Lassie. My teenage son thinks it's funny to call her "Trashy" since it sounds close to her name, she'll answer to it!

For Axle, he's basically just Axle though at times I simply call him "Bulldog" since he is very solid, strong, pushy, and stubborn. But no, he doesn't answer to that.

For Jiggs, I often call him Jiggsy-Poo. (he's a standard poodle). He's very bright and will respond to anything even close to his name. He LOVES his name, his ears and head will perk up with excitement that somebody's either talking about him or ready to give him attention - lol.

Kylie is Ky or KyKy. I'm pretty sure you could call her whatever and shed like it lol.
Gabriel is Gabe or Bubba. When he was little we had to stop calling him bubba because we did it so much that's all he'd respond to.

Lily: Pretty princess, bug, bug-bug, husky butt, fluffy butt, Chirpy McChirp, snuggly bug, drama queen, showoff... yeah there are probably more I'm forgetting.

Scout: Scoutini, fluffy butt, dork face, weirdo, floofy one, whackjob, shrinking violet, Scoutini, etc. Scoutini is the most common though.

My mother calls our dog zebra-hotdog, and he responds to it. I'm just glad it's zebra-hotdog, not baby killer anymore. It makes her visits much more pleasant.
My husband also calls our puppy dum-dum, he also responds to that name.
