So Im gettin ready for work this morning and I hear my neighbor taking the dogs out. They have a rotti and a chi....The chi is a yappy little thing that barks at air. All of the sudden I hear aggressive growling and barking like something was wrong. So I look out to see whats up and and I see another resident (who NEVER has his chi on a leash) out trying to pick up his dog. The dogs are on high alert, ready to go. The people look like they had words but walked away. My thing is, one day, you gone learn to keep ya dog on a leash. The managment office has left notices telling people to keep the dogs leashed, not to mention the leash law.

My neighbors used to take the dogs out and let them run loose back up to the apt (which is directly in front of mine) until we almost had an incident when me and Malika were coming out and those 2 were charging home..... Needless to say, they dont do that anymore.

Actually for 2 females, Malika and the rotti get along great together as long as the yappy chi is not around, he gets them riled up with all the barking.
