Default Wow, this group has changed
It's been awhile since I've read/posted here & I can't believe how many pro dogfighting threads & posts there are. Sad. I'm definitely out of my element here now. I will never agree with dogfighting in any way, shape, or form. Since I'm seeing the posters who speak out against fighting getting slammed, looks like it's time to go & stay gone.

I agree with you, however, some things can be taken out of context, most dont agree with dog fighting, but respect dogmen of the past when it was legal, and the history of the breed.

I agree huckle most here just want to respect "the dogmen of the past."

However a very vocal minority are determined to defend the "dogmen of the present" in other words vehemently supporting dogfighting in the here and now. They say, (paraphrasing) "because dogfighting is the only way to prove gameness and therefore is the only way to preserve the APBT as it should be."

This is a load of crap; these people are in love with the "sport" and only inasmuch as "game" dogs are essential to the "sport," they will love the dogs that "prove game." But the ones that don't can be electrocuted or anything else the owners want to do to their "property."

This forum does not condone dogfighting. We have a very diverse membership here. And all can bring things to the table in regards to this breed. If you have a concern please fell free to post a thread in contact the staff.
