I am hoping I did NOT just see what I thought I saw.Sadly I think I saw correctly.All I can say is....WHAT THE FUCK is WRONG with people !!!! Not only is it screwed up that the chick was tossing newborn puppies into an icy river to DIE, a horrible death and thought that it was ok to do.... that someone was f*cking FILMING it and doing NOTHING to STOP her!!!!! There is way more HUMANE ways to handle a litter of unwanted puppies.It dumbfounds me that someone can do that without remorse or not feeling that it is wrong in some way. I'm speechless.I just don't understand how someone could do that?

I hope they find her and legally charge her the maxiumum sentance for EACH puppy she killed.I hope its a felony state too. I also think she needs some help,like mental help.It has been proven that those capable of doing callus, harmful and cruel acts to animals,commonly graduate to harming people(most commonly children,infirm or elderly).Poor puppies. My volume on my laptop is down so I didn't hear anything they were saying if they were saying anything at all. was it the little girl and a friend or was this something her parents told her to do and so she did it? either way I feel these people..child included needs to seek mental health and never be allowed to own ANY animals. That makes me want to puke. What the fuck is wrong with people? I've been to a lot of 3rd world countries and this bull shit about diffrent beliefs is just that. Bull shit. Dog are accepted all over the world as pets. Not fish that are out of water..... I have even been to Bosnia. They have dogs as pets. If you can't take care of them, take them some where in town and drop them off. Better chance of surviving then throwing them in the fucking river..... This girl and filmer need something to believe in. God, Budda, or something. WOW, is all else I have to say.
