What would make you more happier as an owner of a great dog that will be remember through ages..
A great performer but can't reproduce himself/herself (this could apply in any field of dog sports, not just dogfighting) or A great producer he/she is not the best of his/her game but can sure produce topnotch dogs. For me, I'll go for a great performer. I might not have another dog like him or better than him, but I can say that I had once in a lifetime dog! |

I would want the Producer, then i could get s performer out of him/her :P ![]() ![]() Another thing, the reason why there are alot of performers who can't produced is.. juice. There are alot of Gr. Ch. and Ch. out there that can't produce a single pup because of the sweet juice. I've also seen alot of cold dogs that can throw great bulldogs in just a few breedings |

When kids grow up dreaming of being at Indy, they want to drive the car, not change the tyres. It's the same thing. Most people would want something exciting which could get the job done. Some interesting breedings can take place in order to achieve a dog with a lot of hybrid vigour and yet it will likely not pass this on well.

I'd want the performer hands down. Maybe in a few generations that blood could throw some good pups. But no matter what, at least I would have that amazing dog and all the memories and experiences, so when I go to find another great dog, I'll have an even better idea of what to look for and what I want.
