He looks like the guy across the street from me who continued to reserve a parking space with a lawnchair for weeks after all the snow melted. I know this happened a little while ago but thought I'd post. My neighbor had the same problem, kept coming home to piles on her lawn. She made a sign out of wood stating in not so nice words to whoever it was to curb their dog and then she tied plastic poop bags around the stake part that went into the ground. Anyway, it actually solved the problem. I guess the owner knew someone was watching.
