she "sucks" on her doggy bed's cushion and falls asleep like this. like she is sucking on a pacifer lmao. its so cute. i thought it was her own special quirk and thought it didnt mean anything but i told my friend about it and she told me her mini schnauzer does it as well. SO i was wondering what could it possibly mean? why does she do it? or is it just because she like to.

We have a costo right down the street. I'm going to have to look. Thanks! They are $17.99 and have removeable covers for easy washing. At the price point, they are cheap enough that if they get heavily soiled, it's not a big burden to replace. Sug's rectangular one she had a crate diarrheal explosion on. I washed both the cover and the insides, and they both turned out just fine. They are constantly changing their patterns, too. Both of hers get washed once a week and the round one I've had for a year, so it's held up really well. I only have a shot of the round one when I had it at work after her spay. ![]() ![]() |

My mom's EB has had the same stuffed raccoon since he was a pup and he puts the whole head in his mouth and sucks on it every evening. She has to be sure to wash it so that it is dry by the evening because if not he will walk around whining if he can't find it. When they travel they have to take it with them. Just last week they were on a ferry on their way back from a trip to Martha's Vineyard and he opened my mom's bag to get his raccoon and started sucking it sprawled across one of the seats on the ferry and everyone was watching him laughing hysterically.
