More About Dante-87927

Dante is available to join a dominant-dog experienced family with a love of this South American breed! One of the Dogos born with spots, our boy is about 12-15 months old, and ready for obedience school. He holds no grudges against the person who pretended to know how to crop his beautiful ears, and he is eager to relocate for the holidays!! Our young man has no food or resource issues, and will happily share his bounty with all. Initially, Dante took the treats I offered him very roughly, but by the third try, he was gently accepting them. Our young man is very playful, and will appreciate a securely fenced yard in which to exercise. Currently, he is too focused on small dogs to live peacefully with them, but he is an affectionate cuddler who will benefit from fair and firm leadership. Stop in to meet “Mr. Personality” today!!

I cant help myself but to look at the dogs on petfinder, rescues and at animal control. I went and visited animal control to see all the apbts they had recently and I was happy to find out that once they deem a dog as adoptable, there is no expiration for them staying there till they find a new home. So in their shelter they have about 75% apbts actually. Some of the noisiest in there are not apbts unbelievably, it is the labs!

Oh no, so I just had to go look and found a border collie, while those are the smartest breed, they need so much. I would love a dog to do agility with though... and they are so damn cute. I found a couple at a rescue with medium energy, which is my requirement for when and if I get a second dog. I love my apbt but not sure how I could handle two of them!

yea they are pretty good about getting the treatment started, most of the stores have change bucket things like how most places do it for Riley hospital...we do it for our shelter, they are actually building a new building with the money they got from that, they have a high sponsor rate here, just this year has been so hard on everyone that I am not sure how the sponsoring is going to go, I have no job and am living on collage money or I would sponsor her in a heartbeat because that would guarantee she would not get pts

I have no clue, but I think it must be a disease b/c I'm addicted to Petfinder!

BTW Dante is cute, he was posted on the Dogo board, but we don't think he is a Dogo, just doesn't look right, but still needs a home! I have 2 purebred foster Dogos if anyone is interested! One is deaf and needs a pet home, other has been a hunter and would benefit from a hunting home or a very active one!
