This clip is mortifying. You call yourself a tennis expert? Where in Hoth have you been during this year? He's top ten and seed 13 in Wimby, finalist in Rome, hellooooooooooooo ring any bells? What a moron. |

That's Chris "Mad Dog" Russo who co-hosts afternoon drive on Sports Radio WFAN in NYC. The #1 billed radio station in the US. (Another way of saying that it sells the most ads.)
He's a bit crazy. I have actually met this guy. ![]() |

I think a number of tennis people are just dumb in general. It's not always about disrespecting women. I had to hear one of the commentators say "OLIVER Rochus" over and over again.
(I feel like it was Gimelstob but maybe that's just because I'm projecting all my annoyance on him. Could it have been Gilbert? I don't know) |

Wimbledon Radio was interviewing Nick Bolletieri by phone in their wrap-up tonight and he completely forgot Jie Zheng's name (forgot Clement too, but remembered that one after a sentence or so) I was looking at his website where he picks match winners He either picks and obvious winner or he picks his students He lucked out in that Nikki V got deep this year, but he always picks Lisicki and she went down very early. When he picks one of his students, i have a tendency to root for the other player |

In defense of Bolletieri, he's about 100.

This clip is awesome. Every time from now on I ponder that maybe I shouldn't talk like I know what the hell is going on in tennis and who should win matchups, etc. I'll remember this clip and think, well, that at least I know enough about the game not to question the potential of Kuznetsova/Radwanska (both mispronounced) in the fourth round. I feel vindicated that that match was 7-5 in the third.
