Like it or not, Newt is correct, the US pays Arab terrorists

According to the Congressional Research Service, US aid to the West Bank and Gaza Strip since 2008 has averaged over $600 million per year. More than $200 million of that annual sum went directly to the Palestinian Authority (“PA”) budget – over $800 million in four years. Where does the money go?

Research by the non-profit Palestine Media Watch (“PMW”) found that the PA has a long-established practice of paying stipends to convicted Palestinian terrorists and the surviving relatives of suicide bombers.

In April 2011 the PA formalized this practice, passing a law that placed on the PA payroll, all Palestinian and Israeli Arabs convicted of terror crimes and jailed in Israel. Palestinian news media report that more than 5,500 convicted Palestinian terrorists qualify for these payments.

Hence, as also reported by Palestinian media, the PA now pays every month,more than $5 million to convicted terrorists in Israeli prisons – more than $60 million per year. The monthly pensions paid to these criminals exceed the average salaries of PA security forces and civil servants.

American taxpayers may find these facts surprising, given the media’s frequent description of the PA as “moderate.” But this description defies reality. Although PA leaders occasionally mention peace and denounce terrorism to English-speaking audiences, the PA's actual policies – stated in Arabic – continue to reject peace and glorify terrorists who murder Jews.

No doubt that this amount does not include money donated to the UN or the UNRWA which also finds its way into the terrorists coffers.
The up side of this is, it's good to know that America has so much spare cash to throw around.
I would take it that there are no hungry or homeless there any more. True?

One would think so, the way money is tossed into this black-hole gratuitously. It is time the leaders, not solely in the U.S. but throughout the western democracies prioritise, where our tax dollars are used to provide aid. Frankly, it is utterly daft giving aid to those bent on our end and needless to say, Israel’s in particular.

Honestly, charity should start at home, especially while there are so many jobless, homeless and children going hungry. Once this never-ending crisis is resolved, then dole out to those deserved of the aid; not those whose sole intent is to bite the hand that feeds them… or, most likely, something worse.

The PLO and Hamas admit, in their own words they have murdered scores of American citizens. Giving them a dime is no different than giving money to organized crime like the Zetas or MS-13 or the Bloods and the Crips in the US.

Apparently the lives of American citizens and Israelis mean naught to the government(s). Hamas, PLO and a bevy of others with a history of killing westerners and Israelis are being recompensed, or better said, rewarded for their bloodletting.

The powers that be do not give a damn; they, seemingly, suffer from a death-wish... sadly, it is, we, the innocent Americans, Israelis and other western citizenry who have and will continue to suffer the consequences for their scandalous, imbecilic altruism.

Our self-righteous, elitist politicians are often bewildered why numerous, every day folks are sceptical or place little to no faith nor trust in them: it doesn't take a brain-surgeon to figure it out. Perhaps if they extricated their heads out of the nearest orifice, they'd catch on.
