Clinton: We don't know who the MB or Hamas are.

But apparently the "jury is still out" on Hamas, too. What, we don't have enough information to evaluate that group? Perhaps it is "morphing?" The Obama Administration strongly criticized Israel for withholding the transfer of tax revenue tothe Palestinian Authority. Of course, that money is only due to be handed over according to the Oslo agreement, which the PA no longer observes and Hamas opposes completely.

American officials said the administration, is, “Waiting to see what this reconciliation agreement looks like in practical terms, before we make any decisions about future assistance.”

Memo to Obama Administration: A country doesn't just watch and wait as others trash its interests. It does something. When one of your clients, who you are ceaselessly helping and to which you are giving large amounts of money, joins forces with an openly genocidal terrorist organization allied with your worst enemies, how long do you have to wait to see what's going to happen?

Why shouldnt American citizens who suffered terrorism in Israel just outright sue the govt at this point? Hamas is still branded a terrorist organization, the courts should find it actionable to have the Obama regime accountable for it's support of terrorists.

There have been a few suits rattling around the US courts against the PLO for years. There was one most recently where a group 'won' about $115 million from the PLO for death and injury but they'll never see a dime.

This is Hamas though.

Firstly, Israel currently collects Palestinian taxes according to Article III of the Paris Protocol:

I personally think Israel should release any Palestinian tax revenue funds held in escrow. Withholding these funds only makes Israel appear clumsy, petty, and vindictive. If the collection agreement is considered abrogated, then cease collecting these revenues altogether. It is an unnecessary political liability.

Secondly, the notion propagated by Clinton that the US is ignorant of the MB is total garbage. The Egyptian mukhabarat under Mubarak has worked closely with American diplomats and CIA officers for decades.
