Obama comments on the bombing(s) in Uganda and mentioned something almost in passing that makes you wonder - that the bombings were in some way racially based. Moreover, the clarification of that point is worse.

Just so we're clear - an organization that's an ideological offshoot of al Qaeda, in Africa, blows up 76 mostly other (black) Africans and it's....racially motivated...?
