Appeals court hears 'Islamic indoctrination' case

My question is what school would not allow children to opt-out? I can see this kind of aculturation happening over lots of things but most schools I have to think as a matter of common sense allow the children to opt-out. I suspect the lawsuit is more of a test case which leaves me wondering to what aim is it?

So their suit was over the establishment clause not whether anyone could be compelled to do it. If no one is compelled to do it than the court is correct.

SteveMetch this is exactly what I was talking abt in a previous post of mine. It's actually the PC crowd that's dividing people into black/white, conservative/liberal according to how they see fit. For. example. my Political Science Professor use to say that Evangelicals in America r only for white ppl.
Maybe ppl like these do deserve to be governed by Islam, since they despise Chrisitanity soo much.

Those are my choices? Screw both of them.
