There are just as many in the scientific community that hold the opposite view. Some of the original supporters of Gore's presentation have since removed their support because he misrepresented their positions. Gore is just another "two-bit" politician who has reinvented himself. What's new. You can run off and have a Gorgasm if you wish, but facts show that CO2 levels follow warming trends and don't lead the phenomenon. Man's influence can be additive, but in no way is it the major contributor. In the UK a disclaimer about a dozen questionable "facts" has to be read to all school kids before the "Truth" by Gore is presented. So some in the scientific community in the UK don't accept the movie's conclusions either. Maybe that is why Gore is unwilling to debate the facts with any scientists; it would weaken his plans for future human bondage in the holy name of environment. The greatest hypocrisy is the concept of Carbon Credits being bought to pay for emissions. Trees are the main credit, and take decades to reach the stature of a major carbon user. One forest fire can wipe out centuries of carbon credits in a matter of days. It's just another taxing scheme. Besides, what is a sub-prime carbon asset??? I don't see Al divesting his portfolio of any and all assets related to oil. Al is still flying around the world on private, highly polluting jets. At least Ralph Nader took public transportation. Al Gore is just a self pimping elitist political whore, nothing more!!!
