The harder stuff to tract is all the Iranian funding, and the previous Iraqi funding, and also the Zakat from all over the Muslim world.

I actually wish the US stopped giving aid to Israel, and, commensurately, stop aid to Egypt; the rest of the Arabs (perhaps not Jordan), and definitely dump aid to Pakistan, at least Egypt and the Paleos. That wont happen of course. All this money comes with a price. For the Palestinians, they are Sunnis beholden to the wishes of radical Shia taskmasters, for the most part. For Israelis, we are a large US military base.
