The spread between the popular vote and the Electoral College tally -

Even if this was an honest election, the gap between the candidates was smaller than the probable statistical error meaning their is no way to tell who actually won.

Does anyone think this gap will promote a demand for a change in our election system?

I am still distressed that not all of the military got to vote and not all of the military votes were counted. Even though the DOD supposedly was to clean things up, at the last minute, reports were that it wasn't.

Also, the way I understand it, the number of EC votes for each state is determined by the Census. However, the Census looks at total population, not legal population, something that IS affecting the outcome of elections, IMO.

Which states have a higher representation in the House due to counting illegal immigrants?

THREE CHEERS! We agree on something. The US is the only country in the world that gives legal representation to aliens - from representation in Congress to legal representation in local courts.

Don't get to excited most of us disagree about giving rights and services to illegals. Get that straight. We love immigrants. We want criminals held accountable.

Thankfully Montana just passed a resolution on Tuesday to deny government services being given to illegals.

The problem with the electoral college is that it goes off the census. That is, the number of people living in each state. It does not adjust to denote between people living in the state legally or illegally. So, people here illegally get a say in who the president is and they are not even citizens.
