Default Lessons from katrina about the democratic us people
There were many talks about the connection between the before and the meanwhile of the katrina human made disaster. Many causes were advanced: unreadiness, racism, disdain for the poor, leadership constituted with good for nothings... generally leading to surmise.

But much less talks about the connection between the meanwhile and the aferwards, which contain more factual material to consider.

Since the beginning of the democratic us, when democratic southerners did not send troops to fight for democratic freedom, liberty and justice in order to avoid slaves riot, the democratic us imagination is haunted with the nightmare of the nigger on loose, the nigger escapting the range of the benevolent democratic white supervisory control.
In the democratic us imagination, black people are often reduced to grown up kids unable to fend for themselves and sinking into depravation if not overseen at least by a white kid as in huck finn.
In democracy, the animal beast named the nigger is always ready to spring on its prey, as soon as the powder of civilization put on him by democratic people is dusted off.

Indeed it is very hard to compare times to times in the manner of telling whether democratic us people are less or more racial thinking than they used to.
But it is also known that democratic us people claim they put an end to this and that the whole stuff is over.

Katrina among other things created a chaotic situation where things went out of control. Katrina also hit a city crowded with democratic us black people.
In other words, katrina created the nightmarish situation of the nigger escaping his white overseer's eyes.

The human mind when it lacks information uses imagination to fill up the gaps.
If a human being is prejudiced in favour of someone else, the gaps are filled with positive scenarios. If prejudiced against, with negative scenarios.

Since democratic us people lacked information on the way things went on, this provides with a large number of perceptions created tapping in their imagination. Tv shows, networks, newspapers... were full of rumours, 'they say', 'I hear', etc...
Thereafter, to satisfy the rule of law, many cases had to be investigated in order to confirm or infirm the rumours.

Comparing the two, comparing the nature of the gap between the perception of a situation clouded with misinformation and the reality of the facts checked afterwards capture the mindset of the democratic us people.

Compilations show that democratic us imagined the worst when it comes to black people left all by themselves, with many interesting tales: democratic white tourists aggressed on sight in the super dome, rape of babies, incredibly high level of crimes, murders...
All this fantasied by democratic people with little link to reality.

Once again it supplied an example of the flimsy black identity since democratic mayor naggins had to admit his comments were totally disconnected with reality when he spoke about unlawfulness.

Nature is tough with democratic people: it exposed the reality of the democratic us people.
