Default Howard Dean must go
He has turned into a crazed lunatic of the Cindy Sheehan type. Recently he likened George Bush to the president of Iran on a morning talk show saying the US must not become a country like Iran where the president does what he wants.

http://news.google.ca/url?sa=t&ct=/0...cid=1104166440

He has also critized the plan to build a wall along the US-Mexico border calling the plan anti-immigrant. Dean failed to distinguish between legal and illegal immigration. I dont have a link for that sorry.

The demacrats will surely loose ground in the next election if idiots like Dean and weak figures like Nancy Polosi remain at the helm. People want strong tough and decisive leaders. Is it possible for Dean to be removed? I'm not privy to the rules regarding party leadership.

Yet another person that recognizes that democrats have an issue of some sort.

Or, a FEW "some sorts".

Can they repair themselves ? Can only wait and see I guess. I certainly wouldn't know how to fix 'em.

Poor Howard, he is really unfit for the job. He should go back to Vermont and be a nice country doctor. He would be much happier and the Republicans would be sadder.

The problem I see with the Democrat party today is that it has to many people like Dean, Polosi and Ted who seem to have gone over the deep end and are not in tune with the average American person. The Republican party on the other hand is quick to remove extremists. The Democrat party is too diverse catering to too many interest groups. This makes it too difficult for the Democrat party to change from within. The only hope I see for the Democrat party to ever regain the majority is for it to come back to the middle. To do this Dean, Polosi and Kennedy must go, replace by moderates. Then you might have a chance to regain the trust of the American people.

Look at Spadplanter's avatar. Would ever want that guy as your President?

Don't forget about Purpleheart, going to North Viet Nam while the war was still going. That just happens to be treason.

The problem with that is that the definition of the "middle" is completely arbitrary.

Spadplanter LOL! I liked your avatar before you added those silly words......why not add some real Ted Kennedy words? Like how about:

Our founders did not fight a Revolutionary War to give such expanded, unchecked powers to the executive. Quite the contrary. Their concern was precisely the abuse of executive power.

The president has admitted, without any remorse, that he has repeatedly authorized his own advisers at the National Security Agency to eavesdrop on individuals inside the United States, without the prior court approval required under well-established laws. This president is focused on scapegoating The New York Times for breaking the story that brought this questionable spying program into the light of day. Once again, he's telling us -- ''trust us, we are doing whatever we can to protect you." Well, that's just not enough. We want real answers about this program. Why were the courts cut out of the process, when judicial oversight is required by law? Yesterday the vice president cut short his trip to the Middle East to break the tie in a vote on an irresponsible budget proposal that will hurt America's families, yet he couldn't find the time to level with the American people and tell them exactly where the president has the authority to spy on them.
This is more than likely what he is saying in your avatar. Fighting for our rights. Go Mr Kennedy.

How about 'MFFFMNBBL FKJCVMMRTOA BLT SHTEFDDKLDI *HIC* more bottle *

Teddy is a joke, a leftover burger wrapper, one brain cell short of having two. He is irrelevant, idiotic, totally partisan, and a murderer. If you want to look up to him, fine. Just don't let him drive.

I love Howard Dean. To me he is the posterboy for the American Liberal.
Dean exemplifies everthing the pseudo-intellectual liberals stand for in this country and does it so eloquently. Yeeeeehaw!
Republicans for Dean!

Well, I for one love these guys.
They represent everything that is reprehensible to the average American.
These pseudo-intellectual liberals need to make a complete takeover of the Democratic party. I wish Cindy Sheehan would find someway to get her crazy ass elected as well.
These people make up the lunatic left and are the best thing going for the Republican party. Throw in Rep. Cynthia McKinney (D-Ga.), and you get the picture of the Democratic, surrender monkey, hate America, racist lunatic fringe that scares the crap out of Americans.
Yeah, I love them because the Republicans can use them comes election time.

We're genuinely sorry that the Democrat leadership placed a complete lunatic in charge.

Deans' not even right about the President of Iran. The mullahs run the country, not the President. This President just appears to have power because he is in agreement with the mullahs on most issues.

Nicely put, and 100% correct.
You just left out a few - Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, Hillary (for damn sure) - the Hollywood crowd, George Soros, Moore, Franken....ALL have dragged down the party to it's lowest levels since damn near the revolutionary war.

The majority of Democrats in office are moderate and centered - however through their temerity and relationship with the millions of dollars flowing from far-left organizations and "progressives" - they have allowed themselves to be poisoned while accepting those contributions.
