Default To Those Who Would Reward Arab Tantrums
The following provocative question was asked by "a man" by the name of John Darwin at a Lowy Institute talk about the Global Financial Crisis ...

I am interested in what sort of a height of a tsunami wave you are going to have to deal with in the US to get any political movement when flying aeroplanes into tall buildings didn't seem to impact on the American policy in the Middle East to play hard ball with Israel I just wonder what's gotta happen to get the sort of political measures which are needed? The American speaker ignored this question because The prize idiot asked a secondary question about America's expenditures on it's army and the speaker chose to respond only to his second question ...

If I had the opportunity go respond to the first question, which I didn't because I wasn't at the talk, I would have responded as follows ...

Dear John Darwin, by asking your imbecilic question, you have just positioned yourself to win the Darwin Awards. Anyone who has had the misfortune of dealing with children who are in the habit of throwing tantrums in order to try and get what they want, knows that the worst thing that one can do is to give in to the child's demands because if you do, the child will repeat it's tantrums with greater frequency everytime that it would want something else. Everyone also knows that one should not give in to blackmailers demands because no sooner one gives in, new demands will be made ...

Also, Mr Darwin, I think that your implication is OBSCENE. Your stupid question implies that America's policies were to blame for the actions of the Arab criminals who chose to hijack civilian airlines and murder thousands of innocent people.

Like many others I can see no connection between the destruction of the WTC and Israel, but it seems that Darwin is one of the people who believes that 9/11 was committed by the Jews, in an attempt to discredit the moslem arabs.
Ignoring the mass of rejoicing arabs and the identities of the terrorists who flew the planes one could only put this down to Cognitive dissonance
I was so enlightened when I read about that condition in an earlier post.
It sums up 99% of the leftist groups who continually bash Israel.

To those who don't know:

Cognitive Dissonance = Self Delusion

Darwin Awards = Given to individuals who commit supreme acts of folly, resulting in their own demise, thereby eliminating their own genes from the human gene pool.

Maybe John Darwin is just using the WTC terrorist attacks as an excuse. He probably just doesn't like Israel and will make up any excuse/distorted lie to get his country to "play hardball" with Israel.

That's a possibility but let's give him the benefit of the doubt and assume that he and his ilk are just ignorant.

I say they are ignorant because they assume that the only grievance that the Arab Islamo Fascists have towards America is it's policies with regards to Israel. The reality though is blatantly different. The Islamo fascists have a list of current and historical grievances, real and imaginary, longer than two arms and two legs. These range from the crusades, the expulsion of the Muslims from Andelusia, Bush senior's Iraq war, the presence of American troops on the "holy" soil of Saudi Arabia and more. The truth is that those who perpetrated the 9/11 atrocity, view America as the leader of the infidels and that's why they aspire to try and put fear into Americans. By doing so, they hope to force America into an isolationist stance so that they, the Arabs and their Islamo Fascist allies would be able to take on and topple smaller countries like Israel, one by one, till Islam, they hope, would once again become the dominant force that it once was in history.

And this is why I nominated John Darwin and his ilk for the Darwin awards. Because what they advocate would only assist and embolden the Islamo fascists to "throw further tantrums" and perpetrate acts of hate. Reward them for what they do and they'll just do more of the same to get what they want and they want a lot ...

It's all well and good for the John Darwins of this world to advocate things that would inevitably lead to their own extinction. But if the rest of us fall prey to their stupid logic, the truth is that our own genes too would be eliminated from the gene pool of the human race. The Arab Islalmo Fascists would make sure of that, not just for Jews but for ALL those whom they call infidels ...

I am still concerned about who Obama will throw under the bus next in his "World Appeasement Tour 2 Speech". Clearly no one's prepared to remove Gadaffi or Assad. We're all stuck with them for a long time unless their own people murder them. Yemen is a mess, Egypt is a mess, the Gulf States are freaking out. Iran is slowly turning in to a North Korean style hermit kingdom. Lebanon, in very real ways isn't a country any more. Pakistan is mad at us for uncovering their lies. Afghanistan is deadlocked.

So who's he going to persecute? Could it be the Jews? Uh yes. It's SOME ally. That is Obama S.O.P.

Obama is now back to being candidate Obama, not president Obama. I think that he'll think twice before alienating a core constituency, especially with his poll numbers so dismal.

First Musharraf said, a while back, "Strong possibility Bin laden is dead" then when America got him IN PAKISTAN they say "Oh yea we helped them" and then not even a day later Pakistan starts crying that its sovereignty has been attacked. Didn't the CIA make some report that Pakistan will cease to exist in 50 years. I guess that process is starting now. I don't think all states made in the name of religion are destined to fail but somewhere like Pakistan where leaders don't give a flying nothing about its poor and hungry population and where the Islamo fundamentalists have a wide influence, it will probably become an Indian state once again as it originally was.

It may cease to be a single entity. Much like Afghanistan, Iraq and Lebanon are not 'countries' in the western classical sense of it. They exist as confederacies of tribes and clans and sub-nations. In fact there really isn't a history of statehood in the Arab or SW Asian Muslim world. There is empire and there is the city-state. But not a nation. So by 2050 with Pakistan having possibly as many as 300 million souls, how is a single nation going to manage that? Simple, it can't. It may either be a state in name or it will break apart into warring factions and cultural demarcs like Yugoslavia or The Sudan.

Rest assured though it won't be the only one. Nigeria will probably break up once and for all. Likewise, Gaza and Palestine will eventually have to kill each other in the West Bank and split into two nations as well.
