That movie foresaw the marketeers' takeover of the process, and Reagan's rise from pitchman to politico.

I grew up in California under Reagan's rule. He was never any fun, and oftentimes just downright dim: Four Snakes in 1972 (Nixon plays Reagan at about min. 3:30).

Reagan was a solid Democrat before getting involved in the Hollywood Red Scare / subsequent Blacklist and then bought up by Big Business
