Im shocked and saddened.

Aint no way that Ugly McBarrymore and whatsername ever lived up to Farrah.

She was one of a kind, and just oozed "70s".

Sad day.

Reviewing that B/W picture of her in the bikini, a few posts previous. I'd forgotten how beautiful she was!

I remember when I bought that poster (in post #1). Good times.
Sad to lose Farrah.

Man, when she hit in the late 70's, she hit big. I don't think there had ever been posters of a female TV star that were everywhere like that.

She also set a huge trend with her hairstyle ...it swept the country.

It's still the official hairstyle of So. Jersey.

I've always kept mine in a Dorothy Hamill.

I expected I'd be watching sexy images and tributes to Farrah tonight, but it was not to be. Dang.

No, everyone is more concerned about Michael.

She was a very handsome woman (very broad face, solid jaw, etc).

The thing that got me the most this morning was them showing clips from a documentary they were making on her cancer treatment. I wwas OK about it until they showed her "saying goodbye" to her son. He just had this look on him......

It hit home and really stung. I don't know 100% why, but still....

I remember Farrah having co-starred with her ex-hubby Lee Majors on his show, The Six Million Dollar Man twice, I think.

But she was a courageous fighter and she didn't die in vein.

Ed, herself and Michael will be missed by all for their undying work and their time in the spotlight, doing what they liked to do best. Entertain the world!

A right of passage back then... All those girls in my middle school with the terry cloth shorts and the Farrah hair... life was good!
Thank you Farrah!

^ Whoa... that is a great period picture. Yours?

Oh, and I forgot to mention that terry cloth is still the official fabric of So. Jersey.

Stretch terry cloth.

I wish it was, but No. I scooped it off the net. Unfortunately, most of my childhood pictures perished in a fire when I was 17 or so.

Yeah, PS. If it is, it's good work, but...

Several things about it just don't look right. The odd position of the right hand. The lighting. The "My Pet" box looks out of place, and conveniently hides the left hand.
