Was reading the nytimes website and came across a very sad article.

It is about an Illegal immigrant that gets deported by a hospital because he didn't have the means to pay for treatment. He was involved in a crash while riding with a drunk driver, that left him with severe brain damage.

I personally think everyone should have a chance at health care illegal or not. Of course, have US citizens be first priority, and given the status of the US flawed healthcare system, thats going to be hard for illegal immigrants.

Thought I'd share, seemed like the right topic.

I know, it's terrible. There's a lot of young men that get seriously injured by gunplay, and they wind up becoming invalids for the rest of their lives.
