First Obama sneaks in an unconstitutional vote on health care and continues to go forward with it even though a federal court deemed parts unlawful. Then yesterday Big O found the doma law unconstitutional, all by himself. There are procedures for these things. Procedures that involve many people and Representatives voting on issues. He is baby stepping toward sole decision maker and dictator of this suppose to be free country, and our media says nothing. Gays better hope the next president is not homophobic or he could "deem" all you fags to die, with this kind of soul power. My question is, his oath requires him to uphold and defend the constitution. Who's is legally responsible for holding him to it and what happens if he doesn't? My guess is the great men and woman who work to protect this country and its constitution against all of its enemies foreign and DOMESTIC. What do you think?
