Which country in the Americas has the highest percentage of people with African ancestry by the One Drop Rule?

Based on personal first hand life experience, some ethnohistory and a few genetic studies I would guess Haiti.
After Haiti, I would guess some of the Anglophone or Francophone Caribbean islands.

Because it's relevant to that topic and has the agreement of everyone in the thread up until this post.
