39 years old?

I have stuff in my fridge that old.

Maybe a yes man to Irsay?
Hell, if Wolf takes over when Thompson retires, he'll be much younger.

Age seems secondary to organization nowadays. Look at baseball with Epstein and Daniels.

Colts select former Eagles executive Ryan Grigson as new GM

The Highland, Ind., native and Purdue University product has been hired as the team's new general manager, the team announced Wednesday morning.

Grigson is expected to attend a news conference at Colts headquarters this afternoon.

Grigson, 39, has spent the past nine seasons with the Philadelphia Eagles, the last two as their director of player personnel. He emerged from a list of seven candidates interviewed by Irsay, and met with Irsay a second time Tuesday.
