I wonder if Rob Ryan still thinks he is the best D Coordinator in the league?

Atlanta can't wait to get at the Giants in the cold and wind of January in Giants Stadiium. Chomping at the bit, I tell ya.

and never did I say this either, it's pretty sad when you resort to making shit up.

In this hypothetical situation we were discussing never did I say the Falcons wouldn't be up to either challenge, the question was which one would be more challenging.

You have picked Eli, Bradshaw, Cruz, Nicks, Pascoe over Vick, Mccoy, Jackson, Maclin, Celek.

Maybe next year bro, maybe.
Dont hold your breath waiting for that to happen.

Vick couldnt get it done last year at home against a team that had 'so much' help just getting into the playoffs.

Teams can't get it done until they get it done. Trent Dilfer won a title. So did Eli Manning, Doug Williams, ect.

I'm sure you've accumulated a worthless pile of them in the last 13 years.

Packers are a great team, a great team that went 10-6 last year and played their best ball when it really counted. I think the majority of us are hopeful that Vick puts it together, because he and our team will be tough to beat when and if that time comes.

Why?
Cowboys because it's a warm game, and it's not a weather shock for the Falcons. Now, why did I pick the Eagles over the Giants. Again, it's probably not what your going to want to hear, but the Giants beat the Pats, and hung with the Pack, while the Eagles really haven't beat anyone of significance. Giants have also shown more of an ability to mount a comeback. I think they're more battle tested then the Eagles this year.

Personally, I dont think Vick has what it takes to get Philly to the Big Game.

He's accuracy isnt consistant enough for my liking. He takes ALOT of hits and hes beat to hell by the end of the year and hes not getting any younger, either.

Aside from those little things, hes great.

The Giants will beat the Falcons. The Eagles would too, but I wouldn't be as confident if it were the Eagles for the reasons you state, plus the Giants and Falcons don't turn the ball over anywhere near as much as the Eagles. Nobody does.

You are dealing more with reality then what we were discussing about matchups and things. It is amazing to me that the Giants can get up for the Patriots and Packers and lose twice to the Redskins...really is a head scratcher.

You can say what you want about the Eagles and who they played down the stretch but they laid the biggest losses of the season on the Redskins today, Jets two weeks ago and the second biggest loss on the Dolphins and Cowboys, first for the Cowboys was also Eagles in week 8. They did what they were supposed to do to those teams. To me if I'm Atlanta I would pick the Giants over the Eagles because when the Eagles are playing well they are a lot more dangerous.

If Atlanta goes into NY and wins, I will be as shocked as anyone.

Atlanta just seems...soft. Giants are battle hardened. New Orleans is just damn tough at home. Dont see Detroit going in there and getting a win.

I know one thing for certain. The Packers are Falcons fans this week. They don't want any part of the Giants.
