I'm sure you are correct that an agreemnent has been reached. But an agreement does not mean the lockout has officially been lifted. Have the players voted on the agreement yet? I don't think so, and until they do (and the owners do) there is no way the lockout has been lifted. Not likely to happen, but what if the players voted against the agreement?
