Well, He lost.

Does that change peoples opinions??
He's been outplayed by the opposing QB in every SB. He is who I thought he was.

He's never been the factor in the wins he had. Had he been the factor he would have an MVP.

Pitt fans will just spew his postseason record at you and insist it's because of him. (Kinda like Yankees fans do with Jeter.)

IMO, plenty of decent qb's could've helped win the game for Pitt last night. All Pitt needed was for Ben not to suck.

His stats yesterday certainly made stepping away from any 'HoF' argument plausible.

He was the cause of the loss, imo. Those two INT's (one a Pick-6) were the difference in the game.

Getting hit while releasing the ball, that was one of them. What was the cause of the other int?

Forcing it into double coverage. He was also high on about 10 throws. He missed Wallace on an easy score, he had Paprah beat by 5 yards. He played worse than Jay Montana, he should have faked an injury.

certainly wasn't his best game........lots of blame to go around for the Steelers but what it breaks down to is that the Pack wanted it alot more and it showed.
they made the big plays when they had to etc.....

Pack played a real good game and are fully deserving to be the Champs.

Wasn't that his best SB statistically?

Wasn't the first one him trying to press his luck and throw a long one that got INT'd??

And i'm not giving him a pass on the second either....he- again- was pressing his luck and trying to go down the sideline into double coverage.

His second interception was down the sideline?

Wan't his second one the one where he got his arm hit and the guy he was trying to throw to was headed down the sideline...and the ball came up way short?

Neither INT was excusable. He wasn't completing passes anywhere near what a HoF'er should be even if he was on the losing side.

Ben Roethlisbergerthrows a second interception (to Jarrett Bush, this time) on a really horrible ball – Roethlisberger was clearly throwing into traffic the whole time.

I do hear that shit a lot, but not all of us feel that way.

Obviously it was Bernie Williams doing the carrying.

I thought that was the first interception -- which was returned for a touchdown. I could be wrong.

It's died down cause the Yankees stopped winning (and Jeter got old) but in 2000, I'm guessing you would object to ANY criticism of Jeter.
He won like 4 rings in 5 years or something? Ben winning 3 SB rings in 6 years would've been similar but it's a team sport.
