WTF kind of half time show was that? I've heard of the Black Eyed Pees, but I never heard any of their ..ahem...music. What do you call that shit, techno rap?

it was a piss poor performance, but considering that they have had the geriatric cat wailing of Aerosmith one year, there is no way it's the worse half time performance of all time.

I was actually hoping to see Fergie have a 'wardrobe malfunction'.

I wasn't.

I went and cleaned up the kitchen during that abomination of a half time show.

As a singer, I think she makes a pretty good stripper.

visually it was cool with lights on the dancers and shit, audio was terrible though. At least we didn't have to suffer through another performance of a +50 year old band/person. Christ.

I must say, though the "Music" did nothing for me, even on my Low Def TV, the show itself was pretty spectacular. This sets the bar pretty high for halftime shows in the future production wise.
Kind of reminded me of the old Orange Bowl half time shows back in the day b/4 all those stupid Studio half time shows they have now, or an Olympics Opening ceremony.

Absolutely terrible. I can't believe Slash associated himself with that mess. He's that hard up for cash huh?

These people get paid for this? I figured they just did it for the Pub
...and seriously do the BEP's actually have a "band" w/ musicians and stuff?

He did a song with Fergie on his solo album. I think he's bored. Shows up on Conan every now and then too.

Hard to tell if he was drugged up, shamed, or both. He didn't even look up once.

I would like to register a vote for Springstein next year....stop trying to appeal to dumpy white guys and get serious. Who will we see next year? Hootie and the Blowfish? Some guy in khaki's singing love ballads? How about Kiss?

If the Best Buy ads are any indication, we may be in for a Beibbourne popmetal revolution next year!

they are never going to appeal to everyone, no point in complaining about what they put out there.

isn't there a rule against doing drugs while posting? You would be the only person on the planet that liked the halftime show.
