SC showed security in the stands trying to get it back, but the man had a death grip on it and didnt appear that he wanted to give it up.

Did he toss it up there, I thought he slammed it down and it bounced into the stands

I can't believe they didn't at least try to bargain with the guy, Colts autographs would have worked instead of wrestling it away.

He claims he went to throw it at the bench, but slipped and went 10 rows up. Sounds like the NFL is looking at it as an accident so far.
