I'm sure some of you saw from yahoo that the NFL may try to ban the 3 point stance.
http://sports.yahoo.com/nfl/news?slug=ap-s...p&type=lgns Well I thought I should bring this up now. I have thought about this for some time, about one day the NFL will make it illegal to hit, or sack the QB. It's already at it's first stage of heading toward that direction, with the rules they have now for a QB. Question is, when could that rule take effect? And soon to follow after that. The NFL will be re-named the FNFL, which stands for "Flag National Football League". |

The league is getting more and more sissified. They are just too big and they might hurt somebody. Well, have a center. But a small guy. Maybe 5'8" 145. Just 7 on 7 all day. Final scores would be 112-105. And think of all the records that will get broken. Then the NFL can declare it the best era in the annals of sports. |

better helmets is the key. And they can make better ones then they do. part of the solution is a better mouth guard and one team in the league has somehow gotten their own design from a team doctor or something, but the league has yet to mandate this design for every team. I saw it on between the lines or something. |

Actually, that is exactly what they do. The helmet absorbs more of the impact so the brain doesn't smash into the skull as hard. what you will see in the future is the better mouth guard for everyone. |
