If Montana had the rule book Manning gets to work with(no hitting the qb, wr cushions, ect), the 49ers would have won 8 Super Bowls. When you get a chance, look up how many Super Bowl INTs Montana threw in four games, and get back to me.

Oh. This is supposed to be a biased list?

1. Mcnabb
2. Cunningham
3. Jaworski
Yep, 1 out of 10 picks means the whole list is biased.

Simms only made 2 pro bowls. That's pretty shocking to me, I remember him as one of the better quarterbacks of the 80s

Phil Simms guid', Phil Simms.
Shouldn't a top 5 QB be, you know, in the top 20 in some sort of statistic, other than taking sacks?

Phil Simms was *maybe* one of the top 5 QB's of his generation. 6th all time?? You done bumped your head son.

1.) Otto Graham.
2.) Bart Starr
3a.) Dan Marino
3b.) Joe Montana
5a.) Brett Favre
5b.) Peyton Manning

Elway, Young, Unitas just missed the cut.

that's ridiculous. how many times did he play with that bum thumb and fuck his team over because he couldn't hold on to the ball or throw it properly?

Maybe. But what did he mean to the NYG? Where were NYG if we had Jeff or Dave running the offense?

The Giants beat the Bills with Hostetler at QB. I'd say they would have been OK.

Eh, I'm not so sure they would've. Maybe I am biased, but it's not like I tried to claim Jared Lorenzen was top 10 all-time.

I think Peyton has the chance to be the best ever, but right now?

Montana, hands down.

4-0 in the Superbowl, 3 SB MVPs, and an astounding 11-0 TD/INT ratio in the big game.

He not only played and won 4 Superbowls, but he EXCELLED in them.

Besides that, Peyton is 3-8 in the playoffs EXCEPT for 2006 (4-0), and this year (2-0)
