A lot of guys dropped out of the pro bowl when it included the free party trip to Hawaii. More guys will probably drop out when it's in Miami. Remember that NE RB who blew out his knee so bad the doctors didnt think hed walk properly again, muchless play football. And THAT was in a flag football game on a beach that, I believe, MTV was sponsoring prior to the Pro Bowl. |

As far as lm concerned the NFL can just cancel the Pro Bowl. It is the least enjoyable of the "All Star" games yet can have serious consequences to a team in the upcoming year. Or the player. IMHO, the NFL just needs to bring back the NFL Skills competitions between the players and have them compete in this. There is nothing positive about blowing out a knee or a quad from a useless soft-as-Charmin-hitting football game. |

The pro bowl is basically touch footaball with pads with the rules that are in that game. the reason it was moved to Miami this year is to see if they can get a boost in attendance. The last few years, the Hawaii location has been at 50%-75% attendance. So if you want to go to the pro bowl, tickets are cheap and easy to come by when it is in Hawaii.
