I think this is stupid.

I also think the fantasy season needs to end earlier.

Our fantasy season is always 16 weeks long. Week 17 is too fucked up to rely on anything. I could imagine someone getting to the finals with Drew Brees, and scraping for a backup QB to play yesterday.

I made it to the finals in hof's Fleaflicker league with Peyton. Won the title with Cutler against the Lions.

Fantasy leagues that know what they're doing, or have been around for a while, know to have the title game come week 16 instead of 17. I thought that was common knowledge.

Mine did... but still week 16 can be a crapshoot for some players. Manning, Clark and Wayne were all not playing much in week 16.
