I didn't think the crash was that bad.

I hope him the best, no person should be in a situation like he is in.

I have not heard much about this.

All I heard was that he had an arguement with his wife/fiancee`, and there was a fall out of the back of his truck.

And now he is fighting for his life?! I pray for his family and everyone involved.

Man, not good news.

He must have either hit his head or fucked up his neck.

best of luck to him and his family.

Awful, very sad story. He definitely looked like he had turned things around and everything was starting to look up from there.

Did he break his back or neck or something? I didn't see this coming.

Hit his head when he fell out of the back of the pickup. I assume she floored it and was trying to knock him off the back, but that is jsut an assumption.

I don't know about flooring it, but I though I heard something about the tire marks showed she came to a screeching halt.

I wonder if she'll be charged or if she was fleeing from danger.....self defense

Article says no charges to be filed, so I'd guess that she didn't take any action that could have caused him to fall... but that's a guess.

Sounds very accidental if anything, so I doubt we will see charges filed.

She is probably beating herself up as it is.

It says no charges would be filed Wednesday. That doesn't mean down the road after and investigation that charges won't be filed.

I actually saw another article that says that homicide detectives are working the case - so that's clearly a possibility.

Damn you, 24/7 media cycle!

If she was swerving/slamming to a stop/etc to try to knock him out of the truck, I'd have to believe some charges would be filed.

Sad story. RIP.

A shocker to see the story last night on the web and then to be slammed this morning with the tragic news during my morning drive in.

Sad. RIP
