Default Monday Night Football GNT: Pats @ Saints.....
I honestly cannot believe I am doing this, but oh well, I already said that before.

Can anyone brief me on just how awful are the commentators and play by play people are on e$pn? I just want to have an idea of what I am in for.

Oh I think I kinda know why I dislike MNF on e$pn now. They waited almost eleven minutes to get to the kickoff, even though the game airs at 8:30p.m.

And right off the bat, Drew Brees tossed a pass to Devery Henderson and Marcus Colston.

Listening to Gruden one would think that EVERY player is the greatest, every call the most brilliant, every plat the most important.

A 'master' of hyperbole.

Is it hyperbole when you call Gruden the master of hyperbole??

LOL

Its a gray area. All I know is that MY hyperbole reaches ALOT fewer people.

And I dont get paid NEARLY as much.

"Faulk makes MORE hidden yardage than any Patriot that I can remember". --John Gruden

Like he EVER kept track of that.

Belichick goes for it twice on 4th down on the TD drive.

7-3, Patriots.

So for the NO defense isn't putting up much of a wall to stop them.

Gruden is awesome. How many times does he say something that makes you go WTF!? I would say at least 3 times a game.

It depends, what type of wall are you speaking of?

A wall of ramen noodles? Yes.

Come on, who wasn't entertained when Gruden referred to Mariano Rivera as "The Sandman"?

Yeah. Right after the world series finished he called a player, I think it was Peyton Manning, the NFL's version of a closer. He was saying its like being at Yankee Stadium and seeing "The Sandman" come in to finish up the game.
