With just 78 points scored through nine games this season, the Cleveland Browns are on pace to break the NFL's team record for fewest points in a season, according to ESPN. The 1992 Seattle Seahawks own the "record," scoring just 140 points.
The Browns are on pace to score 139. Right now, the team's high water mark for the season is 20 points, achieved twice. How many have they scored in their other seven games? In order, six, three, six, 14, three, six and zero. Perhaps the most remarkable stat is the fact that they've only been shutout that one time. As for the record, with Brady Quinn and Derek Anderson at the controls, history is within the team's grasp. There is something to look forward to in Cleveland, after all. http://www.rototimes.com/index.php?s...ball&type=home |
