Default Retiring coaches?
Listening to all the pre, post and in game coverages, sounds like there could be at least 2 more retirements in addition to Gibbs. Holmgren is supposedly burnt out, and Dungy's kid has enrolled in HS in Tampa. Thats three HOF coaches from playoff teams that need to be replaced.

I'd love to see Belichick declare he's done it all if they take the SB this season. I don't know, he's got a cush job where everyone loves him.

As far as the ones you've mentioned...Gibbs is a relic who caught a break with a horribly disappointing NFC with Chicago and NO both biting the big one, replacing him will make that team better. His old-school philosophies aren't effective anymore. Holmgren and Dungy would both be big losses, but then again that's all speculation at this point.
