I'm a Staff Sergeant.

As I said, I don't know much detail, but from what I grasp I'll be the guy getting everyone from the different services to come together in harmony. What I believe is going to happen is that the 120 military members will be marching out onto the field for the pre-game show as one unified "company". Getting members of each branch on the same page like that can be tricky. That appears to be my task. This is all I've got in an email from my boss:

I am looking for a SNCO that would like to be in charge of the 120
servicemen/women that will be part of the pre-game show for the Pro-Bowl in February, and you top my list. If you accept, please let me know soonest.

It's not that I believe there will be any personal/cross-service issues, it's that in terms of ceremony and drill, Marine have an extremely high standard. Attempting to get other branches to perform to that will be a challenge.

It's good thing he let you know now, you have time to prepare.

I'm sure the other divisions don't want to make an ass of themselves in front of a national audience. It's a rare opportunity and I'm sure they'd be more than willing to do their best and meet a marine's standard.
