Looks like he did something to his hammy. Hopefully it's just a pull or strain, but he looked like he was pain when he fell.

yeah, i don't see how a player that's done jack shit in their career can do anything to make a curse go on.

I think they wanted to go with the best possible player to put on the cover that would continue the curse. With the high expectations set for Yougnafter his rookie year, I think he gives EA Sports the best chance to fall short.

Plus he is high risk being a running QB.

They wanted Tomlinson, but he turned them down. Said it was a money thing, NOT a curse thing. So they went and got Young.

If Young just plays poorly this year, I won't call it a part of the curse. He's young. Growing pains will happen. But an injury, I guess, could be considered the curse.

BTW, they just said it's a strained quadricep.

Collins is leading a nice drive here at the end of the game in place of Young. Hopefully he can tie it up.

Spoke too soon. Barber interecepted him in the end zone.

Considering more than half the league is consistently dealing with injuries week in and week out, I don't see how that could be called a curse.

Madden could have 10 different covers, and proably 9 of those guys would be hurt at some point in the year.

Reversed! Go Titans!

And I agree 'nut. I never really got into the whole Madden Curse thing. People get hurt all the time in the NFL.

I must say that I do believe in the SI Curse much more than the Madden Curse.

TD Titans! Collins looked great in that drive in place of Young, if anyone cares.

TB-Ten turned into a decent game. Titans tied it up with :42 left I believe. TB marched down the field against one of the top defenses and kicked the field goal with :11 left.

We need a Titans forum.

I don't think he really proved anything that would even make him worthy one way or the other.

The titans are all about their defense. he was able to rush a few in last year, which seemingly made him look good despite mediocre numbers.
