N.Y. Giants..... Eli Manning .... shoulder... unknown extent of absence
Dallas... Jason Ferguson..... torn right bicep... out for year
Philadelphia... Lito Shepherd... sprained knee...at least one week
St. Louis... Orlando Pace... torn labrum and rotator cuff.. .out for year
Miami... Yeremiah Bell.... torn Achilles tendon... out for year

And its only Week 1.


Yes, I know they're part of the game, but the injuries after Week 1, illustrates just how brutal this game really is.
