This is damn near impossible...but I will give shoutouts to a few more that deserve it:

Peyton Manning
Deion Sanders

Barry Sanders = #1 in any list that has something to do with being "the best".

Dan Marino = or how Ace Ventura would say, "Mah-reen-No!"

Ray Lewis
Lawrence Taylor
Ronnie Lott
John Elway
Jerry Rice
Joe Montana
John Riggins
Earl Campbell

i agree, i couldve gone on w/ my just missing the cut

Deion's inability to tackle lowers him in my book and i'll always remember the game when MN went After Deion and abused him. of course that was old Deion.

Paul Krause still cant live down is inability to tackle

This is in no particular order:

  1. Joe Montana
  2. Jerry Rice
  3. Walter Payton
  4. Reggie White
  5. Brett Favre
  6. Lawrence Taylor
  7. Mike Singletary
  8. Dan Marino
  9. Deiion Sanders*
  10. Barry Sanders
*Though he wasnt the most physical (in run support), his presence on defense and Special Teams gets him on my list (however difficult it was).
