Just reported on ESPNEWS and NFL Network (no links yet):
Shaun Alexander is expected to be out for 2-4 weeks after suffering a broken foot, meaning that he is definitely out for the game against the Chicago Bears at Soldier Field this coming Sunday night. Madden Curse anyone? EDIT: Got a link. But you heard it from me first. http://cbs.sportsline.com/nfl/story/9684885 |

This Madden curse garbage is hilariously ridiculous. This guy has a crack in his foot because he appeared on the cover of a video game. Yeah, PLAYING FOOTBALL has nothing to do with it. Being horse caller tackled had nothing to do with it. |

Sure, I do. It is a very odd connection. But a curse? Seriously, who would put a curse on it? Other pissed off game designers? They sat around and had a seance to curse those who appeared on the cover of the video game. Gimme a break... |

Well hopefully, for your sake, you didnt pull too much hair out by watching the Lambs struggle with the Cardinals and just barely edge out the win. Because that is their spot in the division, behind Seattle and fighting with AZ and oops, losing to lowly San Francisco. |
