I'd prefer bloody over fiery.
How about both.

That's ridiculous. Cause he didn't kill anybody this time he gets let off? Pathetic...
I hope he drives drunk again and crashes into his lawyers house, ending in a fiery mess.

Well, you see, the officer failed to give Little proper instruction, apparently in how to refuse a sobriety test. Consequently, he is innocent. In contemporary English, that translates to "Money talks."

It's crazy what these guys get away with just cause they are pro athletes, if that was any of us we would be locked up for a long time !!!! I swear all of theses guys hold out for the big money all the time so in case they get arrested they can buy off the juries !!!!!!! Hell they can even get away with murder....just ask OJ.
That's not really accurate. The Cop screwed up. He didn't follow the well documented protocols. He took short cuts. Then he and his supervisers screwed the deal up completely by not getting a search warrant for him to blow or get his blood. Anyone with a lawyer worth a damn gets off on this case. The problem is paying for the lawyer.

I'll be waiting for this thread to end soon. This guy will do something worse. He will kill a bus full of children and it will be the courts fault.

most people that killed someone while drunk driving would have gone to prison !!!! And most certanly would have been considered a "repeat offender !!".

I would bet that even if the cops didn't fuck up he still would have walked, maybe-maybe he would have gotten probation.

They interviewed the prosecuting attourney today on the Radio as well as a big time DD defense lawyer (who proudly proclaimed that the he got a woman off after being convicted SIX times for DWI). Also, a juror called in.

The problem was that cop didn't follow procedure at the road side. Then the cop didn't ask for a search warrent to FORCE him to give blood (appearantly you can't force him to blow). So the only information that the juror had to go on was an incomplete road side test and an inadmisable portable BAC which any lawyer who wants to make allot of money keeping people out jail will blow holes in. Blame the cop. He didn't do his job correctly. Or blame the guy's superviser.

Also, the juror who called in said that she and 5 others thought that he did it but they didn't think there was enough evidence or something else equally stupid sounding.

After awhile the lawyerly jibber-jabber, circular talking, and double speak got to me and I had to turn it off.

All in all I must say thanks allot to the LaDue PD. Nice work morons.

How about both.
Clayton MO. St Louis Rams Defensive Tackle Leanard Little was found today dead in his motor vehicle. His vehicle had been followed by St Louis police for hours on Highway 44 going East into the city when it came off 44 and entered Highway 70 going east bound. After traveling a few miles Mr. Little got off the highway where he was greeted by the residence of east St Louis. As the carravan of vehicles entered the freeway again, Little was heard to scream Scott Rosenblum name, saying he was a dead man. Hours later Littles SUV was being pulled from the basement of Rosenblums basement as Rosenblums house plumed with smoke and flames. On lookers stated that Little had stopped and confronted Rosenblum and actually got into a physical confrontation in which Rosenblum was cut severly about the arms, chest and face. Little was seen taking a drink from what appeared to be a bottle and got into his SUV. With a reckless abandon he drove into Roseblums house causing a fire that burned the house to the ground.

Nice touch at the end of the article, like i care about his stats. He has already killed someone while driving drunk, which if that were to happen to anyone of us we would be serving 5-10 years atleast. He has been pulled over for drunk driving what, three times that i know of. I cant believe how famous people get away with everything, Vince Neil is another example. Kill someone, serve a few months and then walk around as a free man. Terrible.....
